The only persons permitted to attend the recount are the Clerk and any other election official appointed for the recount, every certified candidate for the Office of Mayor, the Applicant, and a lawyer for each certified candidate and the Applicant as well as one scrutineer for each recount station representing each certified candidate and the Applicant. The Clerk will permit the media to attend who agree not to record or photograph the proceedings.
