Hunting Guidelines

Firearms and Hunting By-Law 20-92

This by-law deals with types of firearms that can be used for hunting, where hunting is permitted in the Town and where under certain circumstances hunting is allowed in prohibited areas of the Town. The by-law also regulates distances hunters are required to be from school property, public playground, Town owned parks buildings and residential buildings.
