BAY BEACH ADMISSIONS
Beachgoers can purchase one of three 2021 Bay Beach passes to access the beach this summer (Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.):
- Resident Season Pass (available June 2)
- Commercial Season Pass (available Step 1)
- Day Pass (available June 2)
Resident Season Passes
Fort Erie residents and taxpayers can purchase a 2021 Bay Beach Resident Season Pass for $10 each. One pass may be purchased for each member of the household. Children 10 years and under are free. Proof of residency (such as a driver’s licence or tax bill) must be shown at the time of purchase; however, it is not required to access the beach. Resident Season Passes can be purchased (cash, credit and/or debit) at the Bay Beach main entrance Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Resident Season Passes are not available on weekends or holidays. Town Staff is currently exploring opportunities to expand beach pass sales to other locations. More details to follow in the upcoming weeks.
Commercial Season Passes
Fort Erie short-term rental operators can purchase Commercial Season Passes for $100 each. To purchase Commercial Season Passes please visit: https://www.forterie.ca/resource/eservicesBayBeachPass.xsp
A Day Pass can be purchased at the Bay Beach main entrance for $5 each (cash, credit and/or debit) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Alternatively, beachgoers can purchase (credit or debit only) a Day Pass at a Bay Beach electronic terminal from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. or until beach capacity is reached. Children 10 years and under are free. Proof of residency is not required to access Bay Beach.
Hours of Operation
Bay Beach hours of operation are Monday to Sunday (including holidays) from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. All Town beaches are closed from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. daily. Public access to the beach is permitted outside hours of operation unless the park is closed.
