Becoming a Community Builder

Hosted by Customer Service Champions Councillor Zanko and Councillor Passero, a Volunteer Leadership Development Workshop was held on July 14th 2015, and designed to inspire, build informal leadership capacity, build community ownership and pride, and empower participants with tools to lead change. This 3-hour workshop, attended by approximately 80 community volunteers, was conducted by Ian Hill of the Let Them be Kids Foundation.
