Digital Services maintains the following services, hardware and software:
- Town Network of over 150 users at over 15 facilities
- Oracle Enterprise Database
- Open Enterprise Server ( Micro Focus )
- IBM Notes / Domino
- Wireless technology
- Telecommunications
- Information Security
- Audio/Visual
- Corporate GIS
Digital Services is part of the Community Services Department
Mission:
The mission of Digital Services is to provide the town with timely and cost-effective access to Information Technology (Data and Telecommunications) appropriate to the mission and goals of the Town, and to provide assistance and advice in its use. The Digital Services staff will make a continuous effort to ensure that town operations are making the best use of available resources and technologies.
