Niagara Region “Final Notice of Decision to Approve – Official Plan Amendment No. 37”
At its March 22, 2018 Regular Meeting, Niagara Region Council approved recommendations of the Planning and Economic Development Committee to Modify and Approve the Town of Fort Erie’s adopted Official Plan Amendment No. 37.
The appeal period expired on April 15, 2018 without any appeals being filed.
The Southend Secondary Plan is now in effect.
