The Town of Fort Erie has implemented the Short-Term rental bylaw requiring all properties who wish to operate as a Short-Term rental comply with the bylaw.
By-Law Enforcement must be contacted at the time of suspected violation, to be capable of investigating a potential violation of municipal by-laws.
