Official Plan Amendment - Housekeeping
Description
The purpose of this Housekeeping Amendment is to include Value Added agricultural uses as part of the secondary agricultural uses section of the Official Plan and to update Appendix A: Glossary of Terms to include a definition of Value Added. This will improve and clarify existing policies around secondary agricultural uses. In addition to this policy change, the Amendment will align certain site specific environmental conservation and environmental protection designations with recently approved mapping done as part of the Town’s Environmental Conservation Assessment Report.
