Cannabis Legislation and Policy Study
Description
The purpose of this Study is to examine the jurisdiction of the Town to regulate activities permitted under the Federal Cannabis Act relative to the commercial growing and production of cannabis, and to assess and recommend changes to the Official Plan, Zoning By-law, and other Town documents to regulate cannabis production as a land use. Meeting was held virtually

You can participate and watch the virtual meetings in three different ways:

1. Participate in the Live Webinar Meeting (audio and video) by clicking the Join Meeting link.
2. Watch the meeting (for those that do not wish to speak) via  YouTube
