FORT ERIE (October 17, 2025) - Following an investigation by the Town of Fort Erie’s By-law Enforcement and Water/Wastewater teams, sixteen (16) Administrative Monetary Penalty System (AMPS) charges have been laid against two Fort Erie residents for tampering with their residential water meter.
The investigation occurred in the Dominion Road area between August 16 and September 27, 2025.
