Established in January 2019,Niagara TABAQ is an Indian/Pakistani restaurant located in Fort Erie. Before TABAQ, local residents often had to travel to Niagara Falls or St. Catharines to enjoy this rich and flavourful cuisine — but TABAQ changed that, bringing high-quality, authentic dishes right here to Fort Erie.

With seating for up to 250 guests, the restaurant quickly became a community favourite and was often fully booked before the challenges of COVID-19. What sets TABAQ apart is its diverse menu, offering not just Indian and Pakistani dishes, but also Arabic, Italian, and Canadian options — all under one roof. It's the only restaurant in the Niagara Region to provide such a wide range of ethnic cuisines in one place.
