This 397-page hardcover book depicts Fort Erie’s 13,000 year history and is organized by topic. Each chapter can be read separately, depending upon your interests and time. The book includes hundreds of photographs and is fully indexed with 3,500 names. It was researched and written by over 40 authors, authors each a specialist in their field. ($34.95)

This 77-page hardcover book includes quotes and photographs of those who were active behind the scenes during the Fenian Raid and on the front lines of this battle, including politicians, soldiers from both sides, residents, and journalists. The book also features 23 images of original watercolours painted around 1866 by artist Alexander von Erichsen. ($18.66)

This 89-page softcover book features 115 photographs of Crystal Beach Park presented in an engaging scrapbook-style format. ($19.05)

This 93-page softcover book is an in-depth look into the Fenian Raids and the Battle of Ridgeway. It also features a self-guided driving tour of the troop movements of both the Fenian Army and the Canadian Volunteer Militia. Photographs of current landmarks help to guide you throughout the tour. ($9.95)

This 68-page hardcover book features compelling photographs from the Museum’s archival collection depicting life in Fort Erie, especially during the mid-20th century. ($85.00)

The Buffalo Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority supported Museum Services by donating their history book to the Museum’s gift shop. Proceeds from the sale of this book support Museum operations. This 95-page hardcover book features the story of this international transportation and trade hub and includes many photographs of its construction. In 2027, this iconic bridge will turn 100 years old. ($29.95)

This 164-page softcover book highlights the 77 heritage plaques throughout Fort Erie. Complete with photographs, a map, and directions to each plaque, this is ideal for walking, biking, or driving tours to learn about what makes Fort Erie a unique place to live. ($19.00)

Memorial Fund

The Museum has created a Memorial Fund for people wishing to celebrate the life of a loved one with a donation in their memory. Please view the Memorial Book below for the names of those honoured with this tribute.

Gifts to the Memorial Fund are invested in perpetuity and the income derived from it supports Museum operations. Income tax receipts are available for donations over $20.00.
