The consolidated financial statements have been prepared by management per Canadian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles established by the Public Sector Accounting Board (PSAB) of Chartered Professional Accountants Canada.
Budget policy requires operating budget variance analysis to be reported to Council as of June 30, September 30 and December 31. Capital variances are reported for information purposes with the June 30 report.
