Therefore, we will provide any correspondence, invoices and other documents in an alternative format upon request.

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) works to develop a fully accessible Ontario by 2025. Standards have been developed to deal with the most important aspects of our lives:
- Customer Service
- Employment
- Information and Communication
- Transportation and
- Design of Public Spaces.
Ontario Regulation 429/07 sets out how to provide accessible customer service.
The municipality met all the requirements of the standard by January 1, 2010.
An e-module is available for those that need to comply with these requirements. The module is available via a weblink so that you can complete the training module online.
