Where can I acquire a birth, death or marriage certificate?

You can acquire application forms at the Customer Service Unit at Town Hall. Online certificates are available through the Service Ontario website. The applications submitted online are then processed and delivered in 15 business days. There is a money-back guarantee for applications that are complete and accurate. Payments for online applications need a credit card. The forms are sent to the Office of the Registrar General when completed.
