Dougalstown-Black Creek Secondary Plan (OPA 28)

As of the 27th day of April 2016, the appeal period under Section 17(24) of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, with regard to the proposed By-law No. 34-2016 has ended. No objections were received as a result of the notification process. Thus, under Section 17(27) of the Planning Act R.S.O., 1990, the by-law is deemed to have come into force and effect on April 28th, 2016.
