Spears-High Pointe Secondary Plan (OPA 8)
At its February 28th, 2013 Meeting, Regional Council decided to approve Amendment No. 8 to the Town of Fort Erie Official Plan. Subsequently, an appeal period was initiated with the Region's Notice of March 13th, 2013, which has expired. Last day for appeals was April 2nd, 2013.
As a result, no appeals were received and the Amendment is now in effect.
