Ridgeway / Thunder Bay Secondary Plan (OPA 15)
At its November 21st, 2013 Meeting, Regional Council made the decision to approve Amendment No. 15 to the Town of Fort Erie Official Plan. Subsequently, an appeal period was initiated with the Region's Notice of November 29th, 2013, which has now expired. Last day for appeals was December 19th, 2013.
As a result, no appeals were received and the Amendment is now in effect.
