All fees noted above include applicable taxes.

When sending in PISR requests, please send in the above form and payment arrangements can be made at Town Hall. Please use one form for each property request.

All information relating to this form will be in writing. Verbal information is not provided to non-property owners. The Town will make every effort to complete the requested information within 3 working days from date received. We will not be held responsible under any circumstances for delays beyond three days. The response to your request for property information is given for your convenience and without the assumption of liability. Efforts are made to ensure this information is correct on the reply date. The Town does not warrant or certify accuracy or completeness. You must satisfy yourself on the condition of the property and the ramifications thereof, as well as the proper legal interpretation of any applicable legislation, including municipal by-laws. Note that payment is required to release the information.

Requesting a Zoning Compliance Letter from the Town:

There are two types of letters: a simple letter and a detailed letter.

A simple letter would confirm if the use conforms with the zoning, and a detailed letter would involve a more detailed review of the setbacks, lot coverage etc. Finally, we need a detailed survey or site plan to complete a thorough review.

The costs associated with these letters are detailed below (increased as of January 1, 2025):

• A simple letter - $88.00
• A simple letter - accelerated service (1 to 2 days) - $176.00
• Detailed letter - $239.00
• Detailed letter - accelerated service (1 to 2 days) - $478.00
