Bulk Water Stations

The Town has constructed two bulk water stations:

• One in the west end, at 3720 Bertie Street (at the intersection of Stevensville Road)
• In the east end, at 1818 Pettit Road, next to the John L. Gibson Operations Centre

Our stations enable private contractors to get municipal-quality water for delivery. Both facilities are easy to use for local contractors and their operators.

Contractors can access our stations by applying at the Gibson Operations Centre at 1818 Pettit Road.

An application will be filled out onsite and will be given a fob(s). This fob gives you access to both stations.

Bulk Water Hauler Activation Fee = $60.10 (incl. HST) plus $38.45 (incl. HST). 

The initial set up fee along with the fob charge will go on the next water bill. No payment required at time of application.

Water taken is billed monthly per cubic metre rate as specified in the Water and Sewer Rate Schedule.

The design of town facilities considers the safety of the water customers connected to the local distribution system in mind. We installed a back-flow prevention device to protect Fort Erie's water customers.
