Fort Erie Parks and Beaches By-Law
Fort Erie’s eighteenuniquely themed playgrounds offer a range of play experiences for a variety of ages. Many of the Town’s playgrounds have been provided through community fundraising efforts and donations, such as the Bay Beach Playground (Ridgeway Lions Club) Corporal Albert Storm Playground in Crystal Beach Waterfront Park (Crystal Beach Firefighters Association), the Saturn Playground in Ridgeway Lions Park (Saturn of St. Catharines), the Stevensville Mini Park playground (Stevensville Kinsmen and Kinettes) and the Goderich Street Park playground (Buffalo Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority).
Accessibility and inclusiveness are a priority in the Town's playgrounds, and all new or replaced playgrounds are designed in consultation with the Fort Erie Accessibility Committee.
