Playgrounds and Splash Pads

Fort Erie’s playgrounds and splash pads provide fun, active, and inclusive spaces for children and families to enjoy throughout the community. Whether climbing, swinging, exploring, or cooling off on a warm summer day, residents and visitors can find a variety of recreational opportunities designed to encourage play, physical activity, and social connection.
The Town of Fort Erie is committed to creating safe, accessible, and inclusive playgrounds and splash pads, with all new and replacement playgrounds designed in collaboration with the Fort Erie Accessibility Committee to ensure children of all ages and abilities have opportunities to play, explore, and connect.

We strongly recommend adult supervision at all playgrounds and spray pads.

Playground Locations:

Fort Erie's eighteen playgrounds offer a range of play experiences for various ages. Accessibility and inclusiveness are priorities in the Town's playgrounds. All our new or replaced playgrounds are designed with input from the Fort Erie Accessibility Committee.

Inclusive Swings are available in the following playgrounds:

  • Crystal Beach Waterfront Park -3855 Terrace Lane, Fort Erie
  • Energy Field - 970 Baron Dr, Fort Erie
  • Lions Sugarbowl Park -100 Gilmore Rd, Fort Erie
  • United Empire Loyalist Park - 2700 Ott Rd, Stevensville
  • AC Douglas Park - 3455 River Trail, Fort Erie
  • Douglas Park - 207 Bertie Street, Fort Erie
  • Ridgeway Lions Park - 200 Park St, Fort Erie
  • Stevensville Mini Park - 3922 W Main St, Fort Erie

Spray Pads:

The Town of Fort Erie offers three (3) spray pads located at:

  • Bertie Centennial Park (Ferndale Park) - 865 Ferndale Ave, Fort Erie
  • Crystal Ridge Park - 89 Ridge Rd S, Crystal Beach
  • Stevensville Memorial Park - 2582 Stevensville Rd, Fort Erie

A multi-use water feature is also available at the Ridgeway Village Square - 275 Ridge Road North.
