Beach Passes

Resident, Commercial, and Parking Passes

All passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you lose a beach pass, you will need to purchase a new one.

Resident Season Passes

  • $10.00 per person

  • Children 12 and under are free

Resident season passes are available to anyone who owns or rents property in Fort Erie. Passes are also available to people who are part of an owner or renter's immediate household.

Children 12 and under do not need to show proof that they live in Fort Erie. Members of a household can receive a pass by visiting with the owner or renter.

The following options are available for purchase of a Resident season pass: 

  • Using the Online Portal
  • Visiting staff at the Bay Beach main entrance during the regular season (May 15 to August 31, 2026) from 9am to 4pm (excluding holidays). Please note: Cash (bills) will not be accepted here.
  • Visiting staff at the Leisureplex on select pre-season dates. The dates will be announced here and on the Town’s social media. 

When purchasing your pass in-person please bring:

  • Driver’s license, passport, status card or school card

and

  • Property tax bill or utility bill with your name and address in Fort Erie

 

Day Passes

  • $5.00 per person Monday through Thursday

  • $10.00 per person on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

  • Children 12 and under are free

  • Pay with credit card or debit

Day passes are available from 9am to 6pm or until the beach is full.

You can buy a day pass at one of the Bay Beach parking terminals, from staff at the main entrance or Purchase Online.

You do not need to show proof of property ownership or residency to buy a day pass.

** Day passes are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot change to a different date.**

Commercial Season Passes

Licensed Short-Term Rental operators can buy Commercial Season Passes for $100.00 each by using the Online portal.

After buying a pass, you can pick it up at Town Hall Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm except for Public Holidays.

Before coming to Town Hall, call 905-871-1600 to make sure your order is ready. Bring with you:

  • Printed or email receipt

and

  • Photo ID

If someone else is going to pick up your pass, call 905-871-1600 to let us know. The person who is picking up a pass for you will need to show photo ID.

You can also choose delivery from Canada Post.

If you choose delivery, the Town is not responsible for any delay, loss or damage that may occur. The Town will not reissue a commercial season pass if you choose delivery and there is a problem.
